Any lost or found property is held by Security for a period of six weeks. Lost or found items, including bicycles, can be reclaimed or reported to the Security Reception, Aston Webb Building.

After six weeks any unclaimed property is passed on to Acorns Children's Charity for re-sale.

Third party organisations and companies can also use verify.bham.ac.uk to verify attendance at the University, check qualifications, and view degree documents.

Use the IT Service Portal to find answers, change your password, or report a problem. If you don’t know your username or password, use the ‘I can’t login’ option when prompted to access the guest form.
